Ghana — The president of the Republic of Ghana H.E Nana Akufo Addo, is expected to hand over five airplanes to the Ministry of Aviation tomorrow Sunday 29th November 2020 in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
This is in line with the president’s vision to revamp the airline industry of the country.
The country’s national airplanes have stopped operating for sometime now leading to the lose of revenue in the aviation sector.
However, the decision to hand over five airplanes to the ministry is attributed to bringing back to life the Ghana Airways which use to operate about twelve years ago.
The handing over is expected to take place at 10am tomorrow Sunday 29th November 2020 at the Kotoka International Airport.
